| Admission Requirements |
Minimum 2.7 undergraduate GPA and score at or above the fiftieth percentile on the GRE or MAT.
Candidates with a 3.0 or higher undergraduate GPA are exempt from submitting GRE or MAT scores.
5 years or equivalent work experience.
Final candidate selection will be based on prior college work GPA (and MAT/GRE Scores, if required), work experiences, a program committee interview, written essay, and a recommendation by the program admissions committee.
Program admissions for each new start Fall cohort will begin after February 15 for early admission, and after April 15 for final consideration (if slots are available). Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible after program admissions decisions.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Master of Science in Leadership Development
The Master of Science in Leadership Development (MSLD) will address the principles of individual-based leader development, focusing on processes that build the capacities of groups in organizations. The major goal of the program is to prepare candidates capable of applying knowledge, critical analysis, improvement strategies and research to common challenges encountered in business, community, educational and non-profit organizations.
